Country Fried Pork Chops
2 Thin pork chops Lightly floured and seasoned w garlic, and spices then pan seared in an iron skillet. Garlic butter mashed potatoes & garlic corn.
One of my favorite country style dinners!
Oven to 400 on cookie sheet for 4 minutes or Easy 2-minute microwave and ENJOY
House Salad
Salad option included this week!
Crisp lettuce tomato cucumber red onion
Ranch or Italian Dressing!
Garlic Bread
Small loaf of ready to broil at home for 2-3 min w butter and herbs
